Ingredients:

Gobhi, Capsicum, Potato, tomato, Oil, Red chilly powder, jeera, Salt, Coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala.


Recipe:

1. Take a Kadai and put 2 tablespoons of oil and keep it for 1 min.

2. Add Jeera to it and keep it till it fries.

3. Put green chilly.

4. Add Salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder and mix it well.

5. Add capsicum, potato, gobi cut pieces, garam masala.

6. Add tomato at last and keep it for 5-7 mins.
