Instant Poha Recipe | Aasani Se Ghar Par Banaye | Bhavna Rana

Ingredients :


Poha, Sugar, Curry leaves, Red chilly powder, Chopped Green chilly, peanuts, Salt, Coriander powder, turmeric powder, green peas, Lemon, Chopped Tomato, Chopped Capsicum, Graded Ginger Mustard seeds and coriander leaves for garnish.


Recipe:

1. Wash Poha with water2-3 times.

2. Mix Poha with Sugar for 5 mins.

3. Put a pan on the stove and add one and a half tablespoons of Ghee/Oil.

4. Keep the ghee on the pan for 5 mins on low flame and add peanuts.

5. Roast it for 3-5 mins till it becomes golden in colour.

6. Take the peanuts out and use the same ghee to roast the vegetables and masala.

7. Put ginger, green chilly, green peas, tomato and capsicum and sauté them.

8. Add a pinch of turmeric powder and a pinch of red chilly and coriander powder with some salt as per your taste.

9. Saute the vegetables and masalas for 6-7 mins.

10. Then add Poha and mix it well.

11. Take some mustard seeds and fry them with ghee/oil.

12. Add those mustard seeds with poha and mix them well.

13. Add the same roasted peanuts with half lemon juice.

14. Garnish it with Coriander leaves at last.
