Vegetable Fried Rice | Without Onion | 10 Minutes Recipe | Jain Food | Bhavna Rana

 


Ingredients:

Steamed Rice, carrot, capsicum, beans, green peas, salt, cooking oil,  turmeric powder, coriander powder.


Recipe:

1. Put 2 teaspoons of cooking oil.

2. Keep it on low flame for 2 mins.

3. Put half a teaspoon of grated ginger.

4. But beans, chopped carrot, chopped capsicum, boiled green peas and stir it well.

5. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, red chilly powder and mix it well.

6. Add a pinch of food colour in a cup and some water.

7. Shake it well and put it in the kadhai.

8. Cover the kadhai and keep it on low flame for 5-6mins.

9. Add steam rice to it and mix it well.

10. Keep it for 2-3 minutes.
